Oslo, Norway, 14 May 2020: Reference is made to previous announcements by XXL ASA ("XXL" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "XXL") regarding the share issue of minimum 52,919,262 and maximum 80,007,247 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 5.00 per Offer Share (the "Share Issue").

The period for trading in subscription rights (ticker code "XXL T") in the Share Issue expires today, 14 May 2020, at 16:30 hours (CEST).

Subscription rights that are not sold before 16:30 hours (CEST) today, 14 May 2020, or are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before expiry of the subscription period in the Share Issue at 16:30 hours (CEST) on 18 May 2020, will have no value and will automatically lapse without compensation to the holder.
